FAQ
-
We are based in Manchester and cover the whole of Greater Manchester — Manchester, Stockport, Bolton, Salford, Oldham, Rochdale, Trafford and everywhere in between. Planning something a little further? Send us a message. If we can reach you, we will.
-
As early as possible. You know how we do — between May and December, everyone in Greater Manchester is either throwing a party or going to one. Weekends go fast. If your date matters, lock it down before someone else's aunty does.

You don't have to lift a finger — we deliver and set up everything so you can relax and enjoy your event. But if you prefer to collect yourself and save some money, that option is available too. Just make sure you have the right vehicle and the means to return everything in the exact same perfect condition you received it.
-
Yes. A deposit secures your booking and your date. No deposit, no date — simple. Full payment terms are clearly laid out in your hire agreement before any money changes hands. No surprises.
-
We maintain our equipment well and carry backups where possible. In the unlikely event something serious happens, we will call you immediately and work to fix it. We are not the type to go quiet when things get difficult. That is not how we move.
-
Possibly. Tell us what you need and we will be honest about whether we can make it happen. We are growing and adding equipment regularly. What you see today is not everything we will have tomorrow.
-
Because everyone else is a generic hire company that happens to serve African events. We are an African-owned business built specifically for this community. We know your events, we understand the culture, and we show up knowing exactly what the day means. The equipment is the same. The understanding is not.

Yes — and we actively want to. If you are a regular event professional in the Manchester African community, let us talk. We have something for you. Message us directly.
